The team behind Startisans, the artisan food market that supports budding start-up food businesses wanting to trade in London, are celebrating having been shortlisted for FOUR awards at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2015.

Since 2008, Startisans has championed over 200 young entrepreneurs through their innovative Startisans business, changing the landscape of London’s emerging food scene and heading the expansions of startups within this industry.

They have been shortlisted for the following awards:

  • Entrepreneur’s Champion of the Year
  • Food & Drink Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Retailer Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Small Business of the Year

The Great British Entrepreneur Awards, taking place on 25th November at the Ballroom Southbank, Central London, are set to become the recognised standard of excellence amongst entrepreneurs. They mark a new era for entrepreneurship in the UK and this inaugural event is set to acknowledge and celebrate the contribution and inspiration provided by entrepreneurial businesses.


Startisans provides a launch pad for budding artisans within the food industry to set up shop in London and expand their business. With over 40 years food expertise behind this venture and multiple opportunities to trade and promote startups across London, it’s success has seen over 120 new food businesses pass through its doors since it launched last year.
